Join us for an unforgettable evening of delectable food and wine as the Fergusson Foundation holds our 11th Biennial Food and Wine fundraising event!
Taking place at the Delta Hotel Fredericton, on Friday, November 8th, 2024, take a tour around the world as the New Brunswick Liquor Corporation showcases premium wines from the across the globe. These carefully selected wines will be matched with a delightful five-course menu, prepared by Executive Mindy Trail and the Delta Fredericton’s culinary team.
Experience an evening that is truly unique to New Brunswick as you savour each bite and learn about food and wine from our team of experts who will walk you through each course. Throughout the evening guests will also be given the opportunity to participate in an exciting auction of New Brunswick experiences including dining, sports and more.
All proceeds raised will support the many initiatives of the Fergusson Foundation.
